The heart of our business is making the best quality jams & marmalades for luxury hotels and restaurants. Our products come in a number of sizes, ranging from individual 28gr, 45gr and 70gr jars to 1.3kg and 2.5kg Le Parfaits for buffet and kitchen use.

Alongside the jams, sourcing the best honeys has become an increasingly large part of our business. In 2014 we hired our own in-house specialist with bees on the brain and who harvests his own honey in his spare time.

Our range of condiments is going from strength to strength with many of our hotel clients purchasing jams, honeys and condiments in matching packaging. Our ketchup is home-made and organic and we have sourced incredible artisan mustards from small French producers. We also offer organic maple syrup and mayonnaise, as well as a chocolate and hazelnut spread made specially for us with Valrhona chocolate.

Our list of jams and marmalades extends far beyond the classic breakfast varieties and we are very proud of the success of creations such as our Lemon with Earl Grey Tea marmalade and our Summer Pudding jam. We also prepare low-sugar jams, always without added pectin.

We have recently launched our retail offering for shops in 230gr jars. This range encompasses our best-selling jams, a list we will continue to add to including seasonal varieties.
